Hathway Cable & Datacom — about taking individual channels

I want individual channels but they are forcing to take packages they are saying there is no service of individual channels in our area rehamathnagar atleast not listening what i am saying also so i want those channels what i want to see if iam package also we are not getting all channels what they said so i request u to clear my problem .
