I have applied for new connection on 24-june-2018 as i received call from sale agent.
Things were not okay from the beginning.
We were not given with any receipt for the payment (Only message received)
Sales agent kept on giving wrong commitments about installation and packages.
And so i have requested for cancellation as connection was not established till evening of 27-june-2018 (It was confirmed initially by sales agent that i will receive connection on same day of payment).
Now i am getting continuous call from service team that i have some network issue and they confirm that it was registered on some other name. I believe some one have wrongly updated my number in some one account.
Also no calls from any one regarding refund.
