I had subscribed to hathway connection in april 2016 with account no 1261022 And it was a prepaid connection and paid for three months amount. After three months i stopped using hathway and informed to them to disconnect the services through a phone call Even after disconnecting the services, the bill keeps on coming every month for three months after that they stopped sending the bills Today i received a message saying "advocate notice is generated against ur hathway ac [protected] due to nonpayment of 6348. Make the payment immediately to avoid legal action contact [protected] Can you provide me the bill details and usage of my account details as i didn't use the account for more than a 2 years As far as i remember my plan is prepaid how it got changed to postpaid can you provide me plan info When i am not using the account for more than a year why it is still active as its a prepaid connection Suddenly after almost more than 2 years without any intimation to pay the bill how can you register a case. Why i need to pay the bill for the account which i am not using for more than 2 years Was this information helpful? | |
