Hathway Cable & Datacom — After disconnection still getting the bills on my email

I have relocated from the

Hathway Internet A/c No. 1376876

I complain for the same in customer care but nothing happened . Still I am getting due bills mails from hathway. Below is the reply from helpdesk .
