[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — amount paid but account not activated | |||
I paid my internet bill on jan31st of amount 3831 through upi. Also i confirmed from the bank that amount is credited to beneficiary account. But hathway customer care are saying everyday the amount is not reflected and we will resolve it soon. But its already eight days over from the payment and i am not sure what information more than transaction reference number, amount and date they can expect from me.
