[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — asking me to pay the bill which I don't use | |||||
Hello sir/madam, I took hathway connection. 1 year before. It was prepaid connection. And suddenly now they are sending multiple msgs to pay the bill which i dint consumed. I relocated and asked them to shift my connection but they told we don't have connection on that area. I asked them to close also but they dint close. They kept forcing me to use that connection giving cheap plans and all. They dint even listen my concern for close the connection. It's fraud. Please help me to get rid of this.
