I recharged my account on 29th july as got almost 5 calls from your sales guy with very tempting offer and assurances so i recharged but ive got very horrible service and sales guy told me to recharge for 650 and you will get 3 to 5 mbps speed for 40 days i said its for 2mbps plan after checking on net, which i didn't want but he again said its an offer for you, you will get 3 to 5 mbps no fup for 40 days and im not getting even 2 mbps speed properly now he says i cant do anything for low speed or to increase speed its in hands of engineer who is asking 150 rs more for increasing speed.
This is horrible nature and marketing strategy to extract money from us.

When i sent you email regarding my complaint.
As you being in-charge, i was very optimistic that you would solve the issue created by bluffing me by your sales guy namely mr. Akbar shaikh by telling me about a plan which didn’t exist, and making me recharge for the same on 29th of july, but no proceedings from you except getting a call by mr. Mayur from billing department but nothing after that.
Now its been more than 4 to 5 days you were informed about this but the issue is not resolved.
Even i have raised a complaint regarding this to customer care but nothing from their side either.in fact i got a message within a day that issue has been resolved, which is surprising.

I understand there was holiday in between but what before and after that.
If i haven’t had answered the call. You guys should have resolved the issue as mayur knows everything about it. Or just emailed me.
I’ll be anticipating for the action which you are going to take and how you will solve this.
I request you for the speed which i was promised or if not possible, more speed along with other commitments which was given to me by your sales guy like no fup whatsoever and 40 days uninterrupted services.
Extending the number of days of my subscription from the end date as i’m using the slow 2 mbps since 29th july till today.
And if you cant do these please refund the whole money back to my bank account.
