My account number is [protected]. I have made payment on 13th Jan, and today is 17th Jan and till now my connection is not installed. The engineer calls me and says he will come but he never turns up, unnecessarily my time is getting wasted, everyday I am waiting for him in my home but he does not come. The numbers from they call me are landline numbers and incoming is barred, so I cannot even call them also to check the status. This is a very pathetic service.
This is the kind of service in the beginning itself, I don't know how it is going to be once my connection is installed. Request everyone not to go for their service, you will regret. Was this information helpful? |
