Hi, i have hathway internet connection with acc no [protected], i raised a request on shifting my connection to different location 5 times in hathway app but it is marked done each time without any confirmation or connection from hathway. I called their customer service more than 8 times until now, no help came from there either. I raised my first ticket on hathway on 28 july. Up until now i got no response from hathway.
