I had renewed my broadband connection of three months with a changed plan on the 3rd of Feb. Today it is the 24th of February, and my internet is still not working. This is despite multiple complaints at the local retailer, sending emails, and calling Hathway. They keep calling me saying I haven't renewed my account, and overtime I email them the receipt they stop replying. I had also requested a transfer of my connection from HSR layout to Koramangala in Bangalore, that too has not happened. I demand a refund, its almost been one month since I have had no internet connection. Never get hathway, such a loss of money and terrible service. I have now been without internet, despite paying. And no sign of any help from Hathway. Was this information helpful? | |||||
