Promised services were not provided by Hathaway. Problems were neither resolved by the nodal control room nor by the customer care. Thus, non resolving of problems and silent denial by the service provider harassed me mentally as well as economically. Features promised were: 1. 10 Mbps speed which was never more than 3 Mbps and every now and then had to contact customer care for reset. 2. Router had issues every 15 days for which we had to call technician. 3. Hathaway blames customer for the speed and theft. Also, visiting technician failed to resolve the problem. 4. Internet works smoothly only at the time of payment. Service provider (Hathaway) needs constant check by the competent consumer addressal form. Sir my set top box need to be reactivated hence it is handed over to cable operator. He has sent a message to Hathway for reactivation. It has already been 5 days since request was put up activation is still not done. My STBox MAC no is MAC18550F2E851B. Please do the needful as early as possible.
