Account No. [protected] 1. I had taken a Hathway broadband (50 MBPS/50 GB per month) connection in June 2016 and have complained about the poor speed at least 35 times since then to Hathway. On most occasions, one gets speeds between 01 to 12 MBPS. 2. This also ensures that am not able to consume much of the data purchased by me. In other words, am not getting value or service for my money. 3. Their Customer Care has standard but useless responses, viz, "we are sorry for the inconvenience caused"; "we are resetting your modem"; "switch on/switch off your modem"; "an engineer will be sent to look at the problem" etc. The problem however has persisted. 4. I have in the past approached their Nodal Officer as well as their Appellate Authority - who just don't even acknowledge the receipt of the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
