Under the festival offer i had applied for broad bank connection for my home for inr 399 monthly. With upfront payment for wifi and installation of inr1770. After a month they started billing me for inr 499 plus tax. When i complaint about this they started demanding for additional security deposit of inr 450. When i refused for this they started giving me threatening call to return the wifi device or bear the consequence without refunding my money. Now they have started visiting my home threatening to return wifi device else bear the consequence. Request you to help me get my money refunded and stop the threatening calls.

Updated by achugh No action has been taken on the representative Jitender visiting my premises and threatening us for the consequences. I simply want my money refunded, the receipt of which is attached and let Hathway take their wifi device
