I paid rs.10k to renew my hathway 50mbps plan on 22nd march 2020. The speed i am getting or this plan since 1 week is below 2 mbps. Since yesterday i am getting less than 1mbps. I called hathway, tweeted and even sent them mhy details 7-8 times. They either say that the problem is temporary and will be fixed in 2 hours and it never gets fixed or they don't pick up. I have been begging and pleading them since my state is in lockdown and i have to do work from home which is impossible to do at less than 1mbps.
