[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband closed

I have closed the broadband service.in october. Still the refund of router not received. Raised a complaint on customer care they had raised a request and they said that they will get back the refund in 45 days. Still they have completed their 45 days. Complaint raised but not actioned on time. Very very poor service. Please actioned it as fast as you can.

It's been a month that Internet stopped working and informed to disconnect the connection but still we getting calls from Hathway regarding to recharge it. Please make sure that our connection is deactivated and remove my number from the database to not call back again in future.
