[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband connection | |||||
My Hathway Internet Account - [protected]. I Shifted to a new Address in September and asked for connection to be transferred to the new address. It took a very long time and after multiple followups and complaining in "Consumer Complaints" forum, the connection was successfully transferred. Almost half of the month, the connection was in de-activated mode. Now the company has billed me for the entire month, which is not fair as the connection was not active for 15+ days. So Dear Hathway - Please reduce the bill amount, or i am happy to move on to a different service provider as i have been disappointed to the core with your customer service already.
