[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband connection | |||||
After making payment to renew the service the services were still not activated due to my connection port was given to someone else without my knowledge. After making numerous complaints they finally restored the services after 5 days and was promised that services will be extended for the number of days it was not activated. After which it's still not extended and customer service is of no help. I have all the call recording and screenshot of complaint raised and no action being taken and false information provided.
