I have approached for broadband connection. Service provider requested for the documents and address details. We have submitted our details immediately. Also requested for payment of inr 1343. We have paid through net banking.
Later stage there was no communication and calls are being avoided. Finally spoke with the representative found that there was no coverage for our area. We informed that will check and revert. After so many calls finally answered our calls, he was abusive and rude to us. After that no calls are being answered and no response.
