I got a call for renewal by their customer care and they promised to install a connection in 24 hrs. But after getting payment there is no hearing at all. My hathway account no. [protected] and registered mobile no. [protected]. I have done many complaints in their customer care but there is no hearing at all. And the person named prakash who promised to give connection have been misbehaving with the customer after making false promises. His no. Is [protected]

Updated by animesh nath My service request is also closed without being resolved. That is high wait time, why are you giving fake promises and not helping customers at all

I have raised this complaint on march 10.03 2020, directly to hathway person in chennai, but right now issue didn't solve.. randomly i m updating issue in phone call..they even not having any record of complaint...
