Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband connection disconnected even after payment | |||
I am one highly frustrated Hathway customer in Pune. My account was due for payment on 4th Oct, and i made a payment on 29th Sept (5 days prior to expiry). For some unknown reason this payment was not recorded in Hathway. They disconnected the connection on 5th. Since then i have been following everyday, sometimes even more than once. Everytime i reach CUSTOMER CARE and they keep giving me ###, ask the same set of details on how the transaction was made. Everytime they mention that the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs, and i have been waiting for last 8 days since this payment was made to get the connection rectified. I don't know whom to contact or how to escalate to get the problem rectified. Was this information helpful? | |||
