Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband connection refund amount | |||||
I have paid Rs.3540/- for new broadband connection for home use purpose on 11th Feb 2018 and after 1 week I requested for cancellation because installation person never came to install the device to which I got a reply from customer care that I will receive the payment within 30-40 days. Today is 6th June 2018 and its been more than 90 days passed from the deadline but still I have not received my money back nor I have received any apology from Hathway and valid reason for delayed payment. Every-time customer care personnel says that they are sorry and they will refund the amount tomorrow and till date that tomorrow has never come. As a customer, I deserve to know the valid reason for delay and would want my money back refunded to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
