[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband disconnect and my active account has been given to another customer | |||
Hello, I HAVE BEEN USING HATHWAY BRAODBAND CONNECTION IN CHENNAI. My broadband stopped working though my connection is active. Checked with customer care and they said account is with another name. How can my account be with another customer, we requested them to change my credentials and issue was resolved. Again same issue happened on 8th July 2018 32 days from earlier compaint where credentials weere changed.
