After submitting the "Get New Connection" form online, an agent came to our house and explicitly stated that they can provide a broadband connection and took 3 months advance deposit. But later, their technician told laying the line is not possible in our location as the nearest hub was far away or some such dubious reason. This is even after the agent who took the cheque had told clearly that laying a line will not be an issue at our location. But by the time the technician told this, our cheque had been encashed by them eventhough they themselves told laying the line is not possible. No idea when refund will be given.
