I took a hathway HD stream 3 fiber broadband in Jan 2017 seeing their offer for 100gb with [protected]@ 1000rs per month. My account number is 1649514 After nearly a month, I noticed suddenly the speed got reduced one day and I got a message saying my 100GB exhausted and speed is reduced. When I check their account, the actual usage is only around 50GB. Since it was near the end of the month, in two days the next bill cycle started and speed was restored. In this billing cycle, around 8 days are remaining and today also I got the same message of my data exhausted and speed reduced. The usage is still around 50-52 GB. I feel cheated in a big way where I am getting only half the data of what is being actually advertised. The customer care guy I contacted was asking me like "Who told you that your data is 100GB?". Seems they are not updating the offers to their systems and it works on its on. When the speed reduces, I am not even getting 1Mbps.In a nutshell, nothing works. No data as agreed, no customer care, nobody knows how to rectify it and they are going to take one week for studying the problem and by then my next will cycle will start and same story again.
