With absolute disappointment i am drafting this mail
With 7 tickets where customer care is more conserved with closing the tickets than resolving
Multiple phone conversations with customer care
And multiple email exchanges - i have am not no success to get my internet activated,
Each conversation with the customer care has ended up bad and frustration with false promises
As i stay without the connecting during this time of work from situation, this is really affecting my work.

Unprofessional and irresponsibility is what is been soon in each of the conversations with increase in frustration level for each call with the customer care
Hathway doesn't seem to bother anymore - What a shame !!!
