On 26th Feb 2019 at 7.30 the compliant registered stating the internet is not working, the case id is 26022019W699239, we have been repeatedly calling the customer care, spoke with almost 6 executives, no body knows the problem, every body is assuring the problem will be fixed, but nothing happens until 12 PM today
