[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband — recharged but not active. wrong promise for retention | |||
My customer i'd is [protected]. 2 months before i decided to leave hathway, then after me getting persuaded for one month (They promised me a plan of 550 with 50mbps 40 days.) i restarted using that connection. After paying the amount it took 1 week for them to install modem. Now the plan got deactivated within 30days. Due to my urgency i recharged again with 550, but even after 12 hrs it's not active. I even registered in the app and also called customer care 5 times today. Everyone except the last told me that it will activated soon. Last guy told there is some system issue and will try to get it activated today or tomorrow. Their app is the pathetic one which i saw. Nothing will happen in that.
