[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband services | |||||
Hi, i was approached by a hathway executive almost 2months back saying there was an offer going on, wherein if i pay for 6months in advance, i'll get a wifi router free and internet connection will be done within next 1 day of paying the amount online. I logged into hathway website with my registered mobile number:[protected] and account number - [protected]. No one ever came to provide internet connection. I reached out to the customer care many a times, but the reply i get is ma'am the refund has been initiated and it will be credited to your account within 30 working days, it's now been 1.5months now and there's no sign of getting my money back. I have even reached out to them on their facebook page, where they said a customer executive will get in touch with me asap, but never got a call or a text. I'm attaching the bill invoice. Despite submission of modem 6 months prior, I have received a message today mentioning legal action will be taken if modem is not submitted.
Require proper resolution in this.
