Hathway Cable & Datacom — Broadband speed issue | |||||
My Hathway Broadband account no: [protected] On MAY 28th of 2017 i launched the 1st complained regarding the speed issues i am facing during evening and nights, they said they will resolve the problem, but the complain was closed with out resolving, after that i called hathway customer service multiple times around roughly 12 to 15 times and launched complaints, each time the complaint was closed with out resolving. The problem is, in day time speed it good, during evening and nights i have speed issue, i mostly use internet at nights after coming from office. I am suppose to get 50Mbps but i hardly get 2 to 3 Mbps, with out proper speed i cannot do my office work. i have already prepaid for 6 months plan. So today i called hathway (June 29 2017) and asked them to disconnect and refund my amount because they were not able to resolve the issue. They stated that they cannot refund the amount. Because of the poor internet service i have faced performance issues in my work. I Have all the call recording of all my complaints. The service given by hathway to consumer has to be questioned.
