Hathway Cable & Datacom — cable connection is not there

I live in delhi. Cable connection is not there from last 3 days. I called my cable operator. His phone is switched off.in other houses cable is coming alright. Today cable operator picked the phone and told that there would be some technical issue so he is sending the boy to check. And its been like the end of the day and no one visited to check. I am calling him again and he is not picking up the call now. This is really disgusting. Worst cable is hathway. No service, no action taken on time. 3 days have passed now and cable is not coming. Kindly escalate them and take a strict action towards hatway cable operator.
