Hathway Cable & Datacom — cable services not working, company not registering complaint | |||
I had renewed subscription for my cable service in sept 2018 by paying an annual amount of approx rs 5000. Pursuant to trai order i also selected my bouquet of channels recently. However, 15-20 days ago all pay channels stopped working. I also wrote an email to the nodal officer on feb 16 but have not received any reply. Yesterday, ie feb 25 i finally got through to their call centre number and after explaining my issue for over half an hour, some channels started working and was told the others would start working after 2 hours. However, not satisfied by the reply i asked for a complaint to be registered about my matter and asked for a complaint number for future follow up. I was told that a complaint is registered only if after two attempts to resolve the matter online and a complaint was refused to be accepted. The customer care number given for their bombay office is only ringing and on the website hathway.com also the register complaint link is not working. Only a blank page appears when one clicks register complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to change my hathway cable service to other dth services becoz hathway service is the worst i have ever seen.. So please kindly take back your set up box and give back my money towards the set up box.
