Ever since this change of choosing your own plan, i have been requesting the cable operator to give me channels i missed while selecting in the form. Its been a week of requesting the cable guy (Calling every day at phn no: [protected]) to re-send the form so i choose my channels. The payment has been fetched for february however now no body is turning up for help, instead they are saying we have 400 more customers to cater to so cant come. I am unable to login online as well.
