[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — calls about collection of device | |||
Account number [protected] There was blatant misrespresntation by one of the employees of the company who convinced us to shift our modem from one name to the other. The modem was shifted from the aforementioned account to a new account but there was no formal recording of the fact that the modem from the aforementoined account was returned. Now there are demands for payment of fine for that particular modem which was shifted to another account name and was then returned. We now have to pay money due to the negligence of one of the employees and with no fault of ours.in addition to this, we have faced threats on call which are unacceptable.
