Hello, I would like to cancel my hathway broadband connection. I am not satisfied with hathway service. It was told that you will get connection within a day. Connection has not been given since 15 days. Account number :[protected] I have raised cancellation request but refund has not been initiated from hathway. They are not receiving any calls.
