[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — cancel my broadband services ([protected])

I raised a request to cancel my services on feb 5 2020, it has been 2 months and it’s still not disconnected and i no longer stay in mumbai and i moved from there 2 months ago. The modem and router is still lying in there in mumbai. You guys have not disconnected the service and not concerned to contact me for the modem or router and closed the ticket without any action taken and sending me a reminder to pay my bill.. Seriously... Please disconnect my service with immediate effect and take back your router and modem.
