[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — cancellation and refund

Connection taken on 30th october 2017 and activated on 3rd november 2017 by hathway since then the connection works sometime and disconnects majority of times. Have given series of complains but it has gone in vain. The connection doesn’t work at the required hours of the day nor are they able to fix the same.

Have requested them to cancel however they said that they don’t have a refund policy and hence they will not payback the money i paid 3008 for 3 months.

Need help to cancel the connection and process my refund
