[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — cancellation and refund | |||
I have a one year subscription to hathway under the account number [protected] I'm not happy with the services provided with constant disconnections and low speeds. I would like to cancel the subscription after 3 months. Customer care informed me that i wouldn't receive any kind of refund for the rest of the nine months. How is this legal? They can charge me for 3 months and refund the rest of the amount. But apparently they will not refund. How do i proceed to get my refund? Was this information helpful? | |||
