Dear team,

I had opted for the hathway internet service during lockdown i was forced to pay the full amount of 5650 for 1 yr service as informed the installation will be done in 3 days, but no response or no calls came to me i being tired to reach same concern authorities for follow but calls went unanswered

Payment being made on 29th since then no response

Several calls and all went unanswered

I just want to cancel the service and refund of my amt
