Hathway Cable & Datacom — channel lock

Sir,
When i switch on to tv. It shows only please call your cable operator/[protected]@y office to subscribe to this channel (4).
Not a single channel showing. I have told to cable operator 6 times in a day. They are not responding at all. How can be it resolved? Please help me to get rid of it.
I hope for positive response and suggestion to solve the problem.

I have took new connection and also i have pay money for (3179 /- Rs)
date is 2-September-2017 but still not getting any installation
