[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — charged money for new connection and left ignored | |||
Its been 7 days i took a new hathway broadband connection they charged for 6months. Next day evening they came and installed on old modem and given cable connection. They said it will be activated by evening. But it was activated after 2 days that too by continuous follow up to them. None of the executives are responding to calls or messages. My internet is not at all coming and showing no internet access in computer as well as phone. I didn't even used a single byte of internet. While taking new connection and billing the executives are number one in addressing the payment issues. But once the payment is done, they left me with irresponsible behaviour by avoiding calls and messages. Even i sent 2 mails 1 for local head office and one for central. There also the same non responsive thing came forward. Was this information helpful? | |||
