[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — cheating by new connection | |||
I have called hathway team on may 1st 2020 for requesting new connection to my room. They taken up and started the process of creating new account and asked me for payment. I have done everything that they said and even paid the amount. Before payment they said that connection will be done on the eod or the early morning of next day. As i am an employee, working from home, i told them that i require internet compulsory. Before payment the followed up and even irritated to pay the amount. But after payment has done, they are even not responding to call or message. Today's date is 04-may-2020. They are simply cheater, they are using this covid-19 and cheating customers and looting money. There i hereby request to cancel my connection and want refund on or before eod of tomorrow. This is fixed and final. Please help me out sir, in getting back my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
