I called an executive of hathway in Aurangasbad., Maharashtra, for a new broadband connection.This was on 08/12/18.He told me that the available broadband plans are 50Mbps and 100Mbps unlimited.He told me that I have to pay 2300 for 50Mbps unlimited connection.This amount was for 3 months duration.Then he did the necessary paperwork and gave me an account number ([protected]).I was very impresseed by the speed of work.But I did not hear from him for 4-5 days.Later I started calling him daily for 1 week.Still no positive action towards giving a connection.
Then I sent a mail to nodal officer and on the next day the same guy called me and said that he will give connection immediately.But he said the fiber connection is not yet available (eventhough he initially told me about 50& 100 Mbps plans only.)Now he said that he will give me 5Mbps unlimited connection but I have to pay Rs.90 more.
I did the same and the technitian came to my home on 21/12/2018.(Almost 2 weeks after paying Rs, .2300.) The technitian told me that my connection will be active by evening and I would get a message from their higher offices.Nothing has come till today(28/12/2018).They have started counting my plan from 21/12/18.I never got internet but just installed modem.The customer care executives are giving conflicting responses.
