[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — cheating - fake receipt for amount received | |||
I had asked for new broadband connection from hathway internet. Sale executive mr. Naresh was the responsible person for my new connection request. He received amount for months subscription and send a fake receipt on 25th feb 2018. He has not even created account id for my connection request. Regarding this i had called hathway customer care and raised my concern, but none bothered to address my issues, rather evryone was passing to the issue to other people. More than 20 to 22 times i had called customer care[protected], they used ask me to wait on line to check details and making me wait for more than 15 to 20mins every time and suddenly disconnect the call. I think this all planned cheating. That sales executive is not at all responding for my calls or messages. This is pure kind of cheating in the name of new connection. Hathway internet is not trustworthy. Cheaters* Kindly someone help me how to resolve my issues and get refund.
