While contacted with customer care, they said it is the probrlem of local signal provider. Further, when contacted to local service provider mr deba, it is found to be his mobile is switched off to fascilitate his sweet good night sleep.
My grievence is how come a person from service sector can be such irresponsible to ignor customers' probelem? Infact stringent disciplinary action must be initiated against this kind of atrocious person.
