Hathway Cable & Datacom — connection issue | |||
Hello sir, I am from siliguri, west bengal, and got three cable connections of hathway in the month of may, since than i am getting regular connection issues, the line gets disconnected for hours on regular basis and now one of my connection is disconnected from last 4 days and i am not getting any response from the cable operator, it seems i have made a big mistake by believing on this cable company, your cable provider name bimal contact no. [protected] My name - kunal goyal, contact - [protected] Card id[protected]Hd connection with no hd connection from last 30 days and repeatedly informed to the cable operator but no response) Card id[protected]No connection from last 4 days, showing contact cable operator and no response from cable operator and he doesnt picks up phone) Card id[protected]Date and program timings showing incorrect from starting) I request you to kindly accept my request to surrender my connection and take back your set top boxes and refund my money. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 07, 2017 Acharya Pankaj's response Fake promises, it will be resolved in 4 hours but nobody attends complaint.Your representative came to collect money only not to resolve issue. | |||
