Hathway Cable & Datacom — connection issue

Hello sir,
I am from siliguri, west bengal, and got three cable connections of hathway in the month of may, since than i am getting regular connection issues, the line gets disconnected for hours on regular basis and now one of my connection is disconnected from last 4 days and i am not getting any response from the cable operator, it seems i have made a big mistake by believing on this cable company, your cable provider name bimal contact no. I request you to kindly accept my request to surrender my connection and take back your set top boxes and refund my money.
