[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — connection issue | |||
Hi all, I have taken hathway broadband of account number [protected]. I have taken 3 months package and not even a month completed, it got stopped i have checked all the connections and after confirming that there is no problem from my side i tried to contact them. They didn’t even pick up the call after my numerous attempts to reach them. This is not the first time i am facing issue with hathway it has become a habit to call them once in three months. Connection drops every few minutes. It disconnects after few minutes of connection. Irritating to reconnect every couple of minutes
