Hathway Cable & Datacom — # connection not done | |||
This is regarding the complaint ref. No.01042018m583347 which i logged with hathway on 1 apr 2018. I have paid my bill in advance and i still have 35+ days balance usage existing with hathway. But unfortunately i had to move out to a new location (Which is just 1 km from my previous location). I requested for shifting my connection to a new address and the customer service guys fool me daily saying it will be done today.. Today and this keeps continuing. I have contacted the customer care more than 20 times in this 10 day and every time they give a irresponsible reply.. They are one of the worst internet service provide based on customer service.
