[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — connection not shifting | |
Hello sir/Mam, I am using hathway broadband connection from last year December. Now I am shifted to new location in same Hyderabad and asked them to shift my connection. They are not shifting my connection and my data is wasting from last 10 days and they are keeping in hold also. My connection id of hathway is [protected]. I have raised connection shift req 3 times and no response from them. Either shift my connection or else refund my amount which I paid for broadband bill up to December 2018.
