Hathway Cable & Datacom — Deactivate

Customer service ate 1 month of my life. I have sp much work to do and my connection is working like absolute garbage. I want to cancel the subscription but apparently you guys wont return the unused money. Hathway technicians or someone took my router and never returned it back i asked them twice and they kept saying they will get it. Hathway broadband app doesn't work at all and customer service people are trained robots that dont answer anything other than your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. You ask a question? And theyll say that sentence. I dont even know proper details of my plan because i had to pay immediately as it was absolutely necessary at the time.
