It has been 3 days when I requested for Hathway internet connection, have made almost 10 call to sales person Ravi and Customer care to installation Modem, after number of followup installation has been done, on 29th April around 1:00 PM, but till now its not activated and I don't see any benefit in instrument kept at my place but service not activated. Though have followup with customer care multiple time and same with sales team, and seen no pro-activeness or action on raised complaints. Can you cancel / de-activate my connection and ask you sales or service team to collect modem back. and kindly initiate to refund my amount as soon as possible. Expecting quick revert and action.
